LEADERSHIP PATHWAY

parents’ constant reminders to be careful, not to go too far ahead or watch where
you’re walking became an annoying chant slicing through the adventures, I was
intent upon having. I loved testing my balance on the ragged paths and rocks,
leaping from one to another, never fearing I could fall and injure myself. It’s that fearlessness, that bold bravery, we need more of as we grow up, particularly if we
want to be leaders.

DECONSTRUCTED LEADERSHIP

Deconstructed food is all the rage at the moment. It’s where chefs and cooks interpret their own version of the dish, what its core idea is, and serve it in an unconventional manner. Main meals, desserts and even salads are being broken down to their basic ingredients and laid bare on the plate.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

No matter the weather, these surfers are up early, testing their skills against the waves. Skills they’ve learned, applied, and refined for years through practice and persistence until they’ve mastered the art of surfing. More times, than not, they’re successful at catching a wave and riding it into the beach, only to paddle back out and start all over again.
